Before submitting this form, you should fully read the Terms and Conditions Policy. Also, you should have spoken or exchanged emails with Technical Support prior to making a request for return.
If you are trying to RMA for Engenius/Senao products such as any of the Product Prefix with EL-, NL-, EMP-, EOC-, ECB-, please call Engenius Technical Support at 888-735-7888 or send an email to RMA@engeniustech.com to obtain an RMA Number. EnGenius RMAs are handled by EnGenius directly. Please DO NOT request RMAs through HauteSpot Networks for EnGenius products. Any RMAs received by HauteSpot Networks for EnGenius will be forwarded to them for direct processing.
For RMA HauteSpot Networks Products:(Please provided us the following information)
- Proof of Purchase to be faxed to (805) 456-3829 ATTN:RMA or e-mail to rma@hautespot.net.
- Detailed Contact Information.
- Model # and Serial# of the product.
- Quantity.
- Reason for return.
- Service requested. (Repair, Even Exchange, Advanced Replacement Service, service charge may apply). Please see Warranty Service.
- “Bill To” & “Ship To” information.
- Please reply to the above information by e-mail to rma@hautespot.net.
Once we received this info we will process and send the RMA number to you by e-mail.
Product returns without RMA approval will be rejected by our receiving department.

All products being returned under this RMA must be shipped PREPAID. If the repair is under warranty, HauteSpot Networks will return the product to the customer, within the 48 continental US, Ground Service at no charge. Expedited shipping methods, international shipping and custom fees are charged to the customer. For non-warranty items customer pays for all return shipping costs. |
