The HauteSHOT family of video encoding products are
designed for optimized performance over wireless links
using the smallest possible bandwidth, while delivering
optimal performance and video quality.
All of the products use the same H.264 baseline codec
and can support a range of NVR/DVR's from a variety of
manufacturers. The most complete solution for
surveillance and security, which has been fully tested
and integrated with HauteSpot equipment comes from
Patronus
Laboratories. Patronus offers a complete line of NVR
and access control systems, as well as IP Cameras and
encoders. A list of alternate supported manufacturers can be
found
here.
Note that the H.264 codec is modified and requires
compatible decode software or hardware which is
available from HauteSpot Networks, Patronus
Laboratories, or other vendors. |

The HR-IXPSXPi-264 is designed for use with a HR-IXPSXi wireless bridge attached to any IP network, with playback and decoding through any standard
Windows multimedia computer or through the HauteSHOT
HR-VD264 decoder.
The integrated MPEG4 H.264 encoder is designed to efficiently compress high resolution analog images for streaming using RTP unicast or multicast, without adding significant latency. The
VogOrbis audio encoder delivers superior sound quality, while compressing sound down for network transport.

The HR-IXPSXi features one OFDM broadband radio module standard (with options to select which frequency), also, one 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet channel and a RS232 serial port for management and debug, 32Mbytes SDRAM, Power over Ethernet (PoE), watchdog timer and a voltage/temperature monitor. Program storage consists of 16Mbytes of on-board Flash which hosts the HauteRoute OS™ operating system.

The HR-VD4004PCI is an accelerator board that can be
used in PC computers running MS Windows or Linux and
enables the decoding of up to 8 streams of video and
play out of 4 streams as analog. This allows you to
design NVR systems from standard PC hardware.
The hardware accelerator removes the bottle neck of
software decoding from your system.
