Answer
WPA and WPA2 have the capability to use either an 8-63 character Passphrase for a security key or a 64 digit hexidecimal string called a Preshared Key.
The main bug concerns the display of your security key when using WPA or WPA2. When you enter your security key and select the "Save Changes" button, the key field is still blank as though you had never entered a key. Even though the field is blank the device IS using the security key you entered.
The next issue concerns the Passphrase vs Preshared Key. Some wireless routers do not provide the ability to distinguish between a Passphrase and a Preshared Key like the HR-IXPWINDi can. With this said, in our testing at HauteSpot networks, we have found that a 10 digit numerical key (1843657290 for example) entered in the Passphrase field of the HR-IXPWINDi is compatible with most wireless routers.
