Only registered users can view all available downloads. If you have purchased a product from HauteSpot networks in the past then you probably already have a user account. Click on theforgot login link and enter your email address. You will receive an email with your userid and password. If you need to create a new user account, please click thelink to register. Welcome to the HauteSpot Technical Support Site!

The first thing to do if you are a customer (i.e. have already purchased HauteSpot Networks equipment) is to log into the web site. Select Website Login Logout from the menu above under Support. This will give you access to all of the available resources on our site, including complete training material, manuals, software upgrades, tools, design guides, etc. Generally your user ID will be your first initial and last name. If you are unsure of your ID, then you can request it by clicking on the fogot_icon Lost Password link, then provide the email address that you use with HauteSpot Networks.

If you do not have an account, you can request one using the register_iconregister button. HauteSpot Technical support will verify that you or your company have purchased equipment from us before activating your account.

If you are having technical issues, please be aware that standard technical support is limited to email support during the first 30 days after purchase. If you would like priority telephone support, you will need a current icon HauteSpot Extended Support Agreement (Link).

  2. Download and read the user manual
  3. Watch the on-line training videos
  4. Read FAQ
  5. Review Forum postings using search

  8. If you have a failed system and are instructed to do so by HauteSpot technical support, submit an RMA.

Live Video Streaming Over 3G

microNVR roadtrip1We put the HauteSpot microNVR and Global Emergency Resources eWRAP to the test. Driving 700 miles from Meridian, Mississippi to Augusta, Georgia, we put a Mobotix megapixel camera attached to a microNVR and eWRAP in a moving van. The microNVR recorded at full frame rate and resolution all of the video from the camera. It also transcoded and pushed video out over the eWRAP using 3G EvDO wireless.
