WRAPSTLC Super Compact Low Cost Wireless MIMO Station/Point to Point Bridge

WRAPSTLC Super Compact Low Cost Wireless MIMO Station/Point to Point Bridge

The WRAPSTALC is a complete solution, combing housing, antenna, and router in one compact unit. The HauteSpot “TDMA-like” protocol delivers unparalleled video streaming performance for the most demanding surveillance applications, and it can be used for 802.11.The HauteSpot WRAPSTATION WRAPSTALC5N-16 or “Station LC” is the smallest, lowest cost MIMO wireless router available from HauteSpot Networks. Designed for use as a station or a point to point bridge, these small units combine a high gain antenna with a wireless router in an outdoor weather resistant case.

The WRAPSTALC5N-16 can be mounted on a pole, on the side of a building, or to a window with included hardware.

These units have the same great HauteSpot HauteRouterOS operating system and same management, but at a much lower cost and smaller size.

"FYI,  our customers have been using our kits since 5 PM yesterday to evacuate a flooding nursing home in Harford Co. 152 patients so far and the systems are working like a charm. These grab and go HC and eWRAP flat work. I could not be happier than to see our systems work in this manner to help our EMS and First Responders do their job. "

Live Video Streaming Over 3G
by Bob Ehlers
5.19.2011

microNVR roadtrip1We put the HauteSpot microNVR and Global Emergency Resources eWRAP to the test. Driving 700 miles from Meridian, Mississippi to Augusta, Georgia, we put a Mobotix megapixel camera attached to a microNVR and eWRAP in a moving van. The microNVR recorded at full frame rate and resolution all of the video from the camera. It also transcoded and pushed video out over the eWRAP using 3G EvDO wireless. The push architecture remained connected throughout the entire trip including through some relatively remote areas. See as short captured video of this test. 70 miles an hour, 700 miles, 10fps, VGA…
